The original motet has an internal section in two voices. This section is through composed. In the Valderrábano versión the last section is repeated, i.e. compases 55-67 are a repeat of 42-54.
Full text of the motet is available at http://www1.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/Benedicta_es,_caelorum_regina_(Josquin_des_Prez) [accessed 13/12/2014]. The relevant part is:
Per illud ave prolatum
Et tuum responsum gratum
Est ex te Verbum incarnatum,
Quo salvantur omnia.
Through that spoken "Hail"
And your pleasing response
The Word became flesh from you,
By whom all are saved.
